What is life without salad?
Those who know me knows about my passion for fitness, especially yoga. I have been getting a lot of enquiries about giving classes, so, I have finally decided to pursue yoga teacher's training.
Before I even dare to embark on the journey, I need to get my fitness level ("yoga-health") back up. Eight months absent from yoga, and three months absent from my usual conditioning work, what better way to prepare myself other than a fitness marathon? MIRACLE.
I signed myself up for a 7 day HIIT & Ride class, then a 3 hour pilate + pop pilate + yoga in conjunction with Fitology + Ashbenimble's 3rd year b'day bash, then a five hour yoga marathon at YogaOneInspired2017 event. Everything packed within 14 days. Talk about perfect timing! All the events seemed to come one after another. I can't deny a sign from God. Go hard or go home.

Five hour yoga marathon (asana, arm balance, backbend, acroyoga, vinyasa session)
Did I survive? YES. Will I do this again? DEFINITELY MAYBE (haha!) Am I excited to go back to Revelation Republic & yoga? OOH YEAH!
